What you will do?
As Customer Service Representative, you are working together with the team of three to serve our customers in the Nordics. In your role you will be support and improve team performance and develop individuals as customer service specialists.
Your main responsibilities are:
• Daily interactions with customers associated with their order processing, complaint registration, general management and information required.
• Fulfil the "Order To Cash" (OTC) cycle for all assigned orders and ensure processing and monitoring in accordance with agreed terms in order to optimally serve customer needs and be in compliance with law, regulations and AkzoNobel procedures
• Provide high customer service level by building and maintaining customer relationships internal / external
• Manage customer orders i.e. order acceptance, order entry, order confirmation and order to follow up including documentation and questions
• Proactively reaching out to customers to follow up on contract fulfilments
• Continuous improvement i.e implement and/or optimize work processes, techniques, share knowledge / best practice
• Implementation of new e-tools for order handling

You will report to Customer Service Manager Europe and will be located at our site in Tyresö.
Who you are?
As a person you have a strong solid interpersonal and influencing ability with a sense of empathy towards your team members and customers. You are a team player with an open mindset and optimism. You show great ability of discipline and self-confidence in your daily work. You possess great experience of sales processes and supporting tools and business knowledge of commercial understanding, strategic perspective, supply chain and internal services knowledges and logistic, export and customer rules and regulations.

You have at least three years of experience within Customer Service. You have good knowledge in a CRM-system (we are using SAP) and MS Office. You need to be fluent both in Swedish and English, verbal as well as in writing. A plus is if you have any kind of experience in car refinishing.

What you will do?
As Administrative Assistant, you are part of the Point of Distribution (POD) team of nine. You will support the POD Manager Nordics with systems (principally SAP & other internal ticking and approval tools), finance and other office / facility management tasks & projects related to our two Nordic locations; Tyreso, Sweden & Kolbotn, Norway. Your main tasks and responsibilities are:
• Monitor and execute finance processes ensuring timely payment of suppliers.
• Maintain close contact with internal department and suppliers.
• Maintain supply and purchasing of location consumables.
• React to ad hoc purchasing requests.
• Manage IT requests
• Raise and manage purchase orders & goods receipts.
• Own small projects related to locations, including sourcing of suppliers for specific tasks.


This is a temporary position for 6 months that might be prolonged, starting as soon as possible. You will report to POD Manager Nordics and will be located at our office Tyresö/Stockholm.

As a person You have excellent organizational skills and high level of administration skills. We believe you have a good standard of education. You are result focused with a willingness to work across functional teams in a matrix organization. You are service minded, a good communicator and a team player with an open mindset and optimism. Vi söker nu omgående en lagermedarbetare till vårt lager i Tyresö. De uppgifter som ingår i tjänsten är bland annat:

• Orderplock och packning
• Lagerinventering
• Godsmottagning, ankomstkontroll och inleverans av artiklar
• Skriva följesedlar, fraktsedlar, boka hämtning och emballera gods
• Sammanställning, slutkontroll och lastning av kundorder
• Rapportera varor för in- och utleverans.

I denna roll erbjuder vi en tillsvidaretjänst på heltid, med arbetstiderna måndag till torsdag kl. 07.00 -16.00 och fredagar kl. 07.00 -13.30.

Vem är du?
Som person har du en förmåga att arbeta strukturerat, hantera stress och arbeta självständigt. Du måste vara noggrann och ha stort ordningssinne eftersom exakthet är av största vikt vid färgmixning. Du är självklart serviceinriktad och lyhörd för verksamhetens behov. Du trivs med att arbeta i liten grupp med öppen och prestigelös atmosfär.

För att uppfylla kvalifikationerna för denna tjänst bör du inneha följande:
• Truckkort (A+B +D1)
• Minst gymnasieutbildning
• Några års erfarenhet av en lagermiljö, gärna med plock och pack
• Flytande svenska i tal och skrift samt god förståelse i engelska
