Responsibilities
This position is a crucial part of the sourcing team in todays global shortage of electronic components that affects many parts of the industry.
You will be a part of a Task force team and responsible for daily handling of sourcing of PCBA -components from the EMS contractors. Your main goal will be to secure the resource of PCBA from the EMS and to plan orders and delivery. You are also responsible for escalating shortage to Senior Buyer or Sourcing Manager. You will have daily meetings with the team about the situation as well as with the EMS contractors.
Working hours
Full time monday-friday.
Qualifications
To be successful in your role we think you have the following:
- university degree within engineering, supply chain or similar
- Experience of working in Excel
- Familiar with SAP
- Electronic component market intelligence is meritorious as well.
- Fluency in English.
As a person, you are independent and able to initiate and perform activities to reach desired goals. You are analytical, a problem solver and you have good communication skills.
